Enjoyed the delights of Jaleo last night with my team from work and had an absolute blast pigging out on the delicious food. There were seven of us so we decided to do the José’s selection tasting menu and were blown away. On top of the seemingly never-ending delivery of delicious food, our server went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to enjoy every step. I’m pregnant and can’t have things like raw/cured meats, unpasteurized cheeses, etc and there was ALWAYS an option and seemed to be a very easy switch for them to make. I hate making a fuss and would have been happy just eating what I was able to, but they went above and beyond to curate a special experience for me. That’s excellent service right there.Every dish was delicious, but a few favorites from myself and the team were definitely the endives (seriously, don’t let yourself go to Jaleo without trying them!), the green beans, shrimp and of course the paella.Special additional thank you to our server and the entire service staff. Absolutely fantastic service from our first interaction with the hostess, to the knowledgeable and creative bartender, our specific server who went above and beyond and every single person who stopped by the table.
