★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been a patron here for years. I used to live in the ironbound and keep going back to visit this restaurant. I recommend it to everyone. It's the best kept secret, in my opinion. Over the years, they have expanded, and it's better than ever. The atmosphere can't be better. The food is outstanding. My favorite appetizer is the shrimp in garlic sauce. My go-to entre is the scallops in wine sauce. All while enjoying their red sangria. Finish your meal with an espresso and the tartufo. Magnificent!
July 10 · George RosaMy parents brought me here growing up and I love the food so much. Now I bring my kids here, worth the 30+ min drive. In recent years fancier places have opened, but the food here is still the best! I love the sangria, garlic shrimp, all the soups, chicken scallopine, shrimp fra diavolo, mussles, the bread… everything! My husband had pork chops today - amazing always!
January 01 · Geneen Germinario KnellerI had an amazing time at Spanish Sangria! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The ambiance was cozy yet modern, making it perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions. The food was absolutely delicious. It was cooked to perfection—flavorful, fresh.Service was attentive without being overbearing. Our server was knowledgeable.Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a comfortable atmosphere!
May 18 · Yesenia PaucarAwesome place! I have been coming here for over 30 years and it never disappoints! The food is amazing, the sangria is not watered down and the service is exceptional! The most recent visit was to celebrate a group of birthdays. They gave us one of the rooms which fit about 25 of us. Even though we were separated from main dining room, servers were still very attentive. The portions are larger so they are shareable. I had skirt steak that came with veggies and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered. We brought our own cakes and they sliced and served for us. We never felt rushed and stayed for over 3 hours. We got there at 3pm on a Sunday so it wasn't too crowded. I will continue coming and highly recommend!
