★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I was excited to try this restaurant as I travel to Spain frequently and love paella. The Spanish influence was the reason why we stayed at this property. Patatas bravas and the pimientos de Padrón were absolutely fantastic. Then, we had the vegetable paella, which resembled a deconstructed ratatouille. Not trying to judge a dish by its appearance, we embarked on tasting what is the worst paella I have ever eaten. The rice did not taste or look like Valencia rice. The sauce had a heavy tomato taste. I am not sure why people rave about the paella here. I am genuinely confused about that. Jonathan was our server, and he was top-notch. He was kind and provided amazing service. I would dine here again, but I will order a different main dish.
February 22 · LindsayAt the risk of sounding like a Karen, somebody has got to start holding some of these servers accountable - you don’t get a 20% tip for doing 20% of the work. I will say however, that we observed other servers providing other guests with a far better experience than ours, so I’m hoping this guy is just the outlier. This is a higher end restaurant with prices to match, but I’ve met more qualified and engaging wait staff at Waffle House. I honestly don’t even know where to start with this guy, because not a single interaction with him felt like a normal exchange between a guest and a server. This guy sort of just ‘showed up’ like he wasn't quite sure what’s supposed to happen next. He was friendly enough, but he did not offer any form of introduction, guidance with the menu, or structure for the overall experience - just a “can I get something for you?” - uhhhh yeah I guess??? The pacing was bizarre, and he was unable to answer simple questions about the menu, or offer an original thought on wine - just a quick escape to bring me a single sample. I’d love to leave a good review because the food was actually really good and I’d genuinely go back for it even though the short rib was cold, and the Caesar would be better off with romaine or baby gem. And my god, please bring share plates larger than the size of a fist.I’m sure management knows who I’m talking about, because I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s complained, so I’m sure he’ll keep on keeping on.
August 31 · Grayson HarelsonVery good breakfast in the Omni resort , our waiter was very friendly and food came out on time, we sat outside and we got a nice view, I would definitely come back for sure
June 26 · ABStayed at the Omni for four nights attending a wedding and thus had more than one opportunity to dine in at this restaurant. Well! They don’t have the atmosphere that gives you a Spanish vibe so don’t expect that.I had breakfast for three days, dinner with my wife once and then dinner in a group of 12 another evening and can surely say they do have the consistency that you expect from an upscale restaurant. You expect flavors along with presentation and they have both. I, especially, enjoyed the breakfast they served as everything in the plate looked great and tasted great too.Dined twice and while everything we ordered at the table tasted delicious except for the Brussels sprouts which I found were over fried. My wife and I couldn’t even finish 20% of that. They claim their Paellas are chef’s specialty and though those tasted great, I had better in the past.Their service is excellent. All their servers make sure you feel special and provide you with great experience.Restaurant starts at 7am with breakfast and as an early riser, it suited me very well!
April 08 · Qaiser PaulThe restaurant is very beautiful with private booths and dining tables. It is decorated with beautiful paintings. The staffs were very friendly with kind hospitality.I went there for the restaurant week. Some dishes were hit and miss. The dish that I like the most was Valencia paella (not on the restaurant week menu).Striped bass base was seasoned very deliciously. However, the striped bass (both in the main dish and the paella has unpleasant smell.Gazpacho was a clear soup. I believe the chef wanted to make it refreshing to complement with cucumber and watermelon. It was interesting, but not my preference. The calamari battered fell off from the calamari and a bit oily, which was not my preference. I also preferred it to come with lemon as well because the sauce was very creamy.
